Return/Cancellation Policy

All unused products may be returned for a $15 restocking fee
Used products may not be returned.

Get the Length yearly membership offers a significant discount for products purchased.  In event of early cancellation, the customer is liable for all discounts that have already been given that year and the client’s credit card will be charged immediately upon cancellation.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via UPS ground Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders that are received before 6pm CST will be shipped the next business day.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address or is not available after UPS makes 3 attempts and the products are returned, the customer is liable for any fees charged by UPS (this includes the return fee and re-ship fee).

For orders outside of the US: Please email raumesh@lisaakbari.com with your order and shipping address.  We ship international orders USPS.  Shipping prices are based on location and product weight.
