Description

After your purchase:

• #1 Send strand samples of your hair in a small zip lock bag.
• #2 Include pictures of damaged areas. VERY IMPORTANT… SIMPLY USE YOUR CELL PHONE
• #3 Include a brief letter to Trichologist Lisa Akbari telling her about your hair and scalp problems.
• #4 Include your e-mail address (or self-addressed stamped envelope).
• #5 Make sure you complete the questionnaire that will be emailed to you upon purchase.

NOTE: Turnaround time depends on current volume/demand. You may expect to receive your strand reading results in 2-4 weeks once we have received your materials.
