Direction for use: after scalp has been shampooed with Lisa Akbari CLEANSING, CLARIFYING & BALANCE SHAMPOO, and hair has been conditioned with Lisa Akbari DEEP PENETRATING PROTEIN MOISTURE & STABILIZING, towel blot to remove excess water. Now tilt your head back, and allow Cooling Rinse to flow through out scalp.
